Admissions Process

Welcome to Watersprings School's Admissions Process

We are now accepting Applications for the 2021/2022 School Year!

Schedule a Campus Tour! Prospective families can gain an inside look at where their student(s) would spend their days at Watersprings School by scheduling a campus tour.  We would love to show you around and answer your questions.

Set up a Student Shadow Day! After touring (or in conjunction with), we warmly invite your child to come on campus to fully experience a day at Watersprings School through student shadowing.  Your child will be paired with a Watersprings School student to participate in a typical school day.

APPLYING FOR ADMISSION:

1. Complete an Online Application-

We have designed our online application to make applying as simple as possible. If you are interested in applying to our school, we invite you to fill out an online application today! Please click the link below and then "Create an Account" to get started! Click here to apply now.
  • The online application must be completed and submitted in order for the application process to begin.  A non-refundable fee of $50.00 must be submitted with each applying student.
  • If you plan to request financial assistance, please apply here (FACTS charges a $35 processing fee). Any family can apply for tuition assistance through FACTS Management, a third-party financial aid assessment. Families have to reapply each school year.

In order to complete the preschool application process, all supplemental documentation must be uploaded and submitted with the online application or a hard copy may be submitted to the Admissions Office. 

The following supplemental documentation is needed for the online application to be complete:
  • Copy of IEPs or documents outlining your student's academic accommodations, if applicable.

After all the supplemental documentation has been received and the online application has been submitted with the $50 non-refundable application fee, our Director of Admissions will contact you.

In order to complete the elementary application process, all supplemental forms and documentation must be uploaded and submitted with the online application. If you are unable to upload them, please hand deliver a copy of the documents to the Admissions Office. 

The following supplemental forms and documentation are needed for this online application to be complete:

Supplemental Forms:
  • Academic Reference Form (1st-5th grades only)
  • Pastoral Reference Form
Supplemental Documentation:
  • Copy of IEPs or documents outlining your child's academic accommodations, if applicable
  • Copy of Most Recent Report Card

After all the supplemental forms and documentation have been received and the online application has been submitted with the $50 non-refundable application fee, our Director of Admissions will contact you.

In order to complete the application process, all supplemental forms and documentation must be uploaded and submitted with the online application. If you are unable to upload them, please hand deliver or email a copy of the documents to the Admissions Office.

  • Student Questionnaire
  • Academic Reference Form 
  • Pastoral Reference Form
Supplemental Documentation:
  • Copy of IEPs or documents outlining your child's academic accommodations, if applicable
  • Copy of last two years of Report Cards
  • Copy of last two years of Standardized Test Scores
  • Copy of High School Transcript, for rising 9th-12th grades

After all the supplemental forms and documentation have been received and the online application has been submitted with the $50 non-refundable application fee, our Director of Admissions will contact you.

2. Family Interview-

All Elementary, Middle School and High School students are required to attend a family interview. Once an application has been submitted along with all requested documentation, the family interview will be scheduled.

3. Acceptance and Enrollment-

If your child is accepted to Watersprings School, you will then receive an invitation via email to create a FACTS Family Portal Account and finalize your child's enrollment.
