For new students, a $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit of the Registration Fee is required at the time of enrollment to hold each student’s spot.

The Registration Fee is due August 1, 2021.

If enrollment happens after the school year has begun then the Registration Fee will be due within two weeks of student's initial start date.

Once a student begins the school year, Registration and Building & Maintenance Fees are non-refundable.

School Discounts (K5 – 12th Grades Only)

  • $100 discount will be given if the yearly tuition is paid in full by September 1, 2021.
  • Multi-Student Discount: Eldest child pays full tuition; siblings receive 20% discount on their tuition cost.
  • 25% Pastor Discount
If Variable Tuition is awarded, no other discounts will apply.

Yearly Building Fee Per Family

(Fee determined by oldest student in the family. Yearly Building & Maintenance Fee can be spread throughout the school year.)

Grades K3 – 3rd                          $200.00

Grades 4th – 12th                      $300.00

Volunteer Policy

K5 – 12th grade families are required to volunteer 20 hours per family or can pay $10.00 per hour not volunteered ($200.00 per year maximum per family). Volunteer hours can be served during school functions (recess duty, lunch duty, library, etc.), fundraisers, and Watersprings sporting events/activities. For your convenience, the $200.00 will be charged to your FACTS account in August with a due date of May 1, 2022. Once the 20 hours are completed, the $200.00 will be credited to your account.


Daycare invoices will be sent weekly via FACTS. If you would like a paper statement, you may come into the school office and request one. The cost for daycare is $3.66 per hour for the 1st child and $2.94 per hour for each additional child.

Variable Tuition is a needs-based program, allowing families to apply for reduced tuition that fits their family's unique financial situation. Variable Tuition is a needs-based program similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. This program allows families to apply for reduced tuition that fits their family’s financial position. This makes a Watersprings School education affordable to many qualified students who could not otherwise join our school community.

Any family of a Kindergartener through 12th grade student may apply for Variable Tuition if they are concerned about affording the full tuition rate at Watersprings School. Watersprings School uses a 3rd party company to decide who qualifies for Variable Tuition. Many factors are used to determine the tuition amount a family is able to pay such as income, assets, unusual expenses, and the family size.

Yes. Families will have to reenroll/apply to Watersprings School. New families will have to go through the admissions process and be accepted before they apply for Variable Tuition.

Variable Tuition applications that have been verified by FACTS will be reviewed on the 2nd Monday of every month.

No. Unfortunately, the school does not have the ability to offer Variable Tuition to every student who qualifies for both admission and Variable Tuition. A student may be admitted to the school but placed on a waiting list for Variable Tuition. It is recommended that families apply for Variable Tuition as early as possible.

Multiple students are one of the key factors in determining Variable Tuition. One of the important questions asked on the confidential application relates to family size and that is factored into the Variable Tuition rate.

Yes. A new application must be submitted every year for Variable Tuition, however you can use the same longin as the previous year.

Yes. A family that does not qualify is welcome to reapply the following year.

No. Only families who feel that they may not be able to pay the full tuition amount should submit a Variable Tuition application.

Yes. Reenrolling students who submit a reenrollment application by May 31 will receive priority consideration.

No. Admission applications and Variable Tuition applications are evaluated separately, and applying for Variable Tuition has no bearing on the Admissions process.

Yes. For returning students the reenrollment process must be completed before the application for Variable Tuition can be considered. New families must complete the Admissions process and be accepted in order to apply for Variable Tuition.

A wide range of families with a variety of circumstances qualify for the program. Many factors are evaluated, including income, assets, unusual expenses, and the size of the family.

No. Every family is required to make a financial investment in their child’s education. Our commitment to providing Variable Tuition means that we are sharing in that investment with you.

No. The maximum class size, as determined by administration, will not be exceeded.
