Check out what our athletes are saying about our sports program! Below is a quote from a Watersprings School graduate and Warrior Athlete, Ben Hayes, during an interview with the local newspaper on receiving a scholarship to play football at the collegiate level:

"Just to let kids know that you don’t have to go to a 5A school or leave our school to make it to a college... When I played at public school, I didn’t blossom... When I came here (Watersprings) there weren’t as many players so I had to step up and be a leader, and I think that helped me develop my skills in a way that I don’t think I would have had the opportunity at a public school with a lot more players."

Ultimate Warrior Award

We started a new program in 2019 called the "Ultimate Warrior Award".  It is awarded to those 6th-12th grade students that participate in three school sports during the academic year.  The recipients' names are listed added each year to the plaque that is above our trophy case.
