Check out what our athletes are saying about our sports program! Below is a quote from a Watersprings School graduate and Warrior Athlete, Ben Hayes, during an interview with the local newspaper on receiving a scholarship to play football at the collegiate level:

"Just to let kids know that you don’t have to go to a 5A school or leave our school to make it to a college... When I played at public school, I didn’t blossom... When I came here (Watersprings) there weren’t as many players so I had to step up and be a leader, and I think that helped me develop my skills in a way that I don’t think I would have had the opportunity at a public school with a lot more players."

Ultimate Warrior Award

We started a new program in 2019 called the "Ultimate Warrior Award".  It is awarded to those 6th-12th grade students that participate in three school sports during the academic year.  The recipients names are listed added each year to the plaque that is above our trophy case. The following students were awarded the Ultimate Warrior Award.
