Our Watersprings families use FACTS Family Portal to check grades, pay for lunch, and stay in the know on everything going on at our school. Once you are logged on to Family Portal you will see a menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen. By clicking on the different drop-down menus you will be able to access a variety of viewing options.

School Information -

This tab allows you to view the school calendar, school directory and your child’s classes.

Student Information -

This tab allows you to view your student’s grades, attendance, behavior record and medical information. You can also view the school and lunch calendar.

Family Information -

This tab allows you to view your family’s information and gives you the ability to change your username and password for your Family Portal account.

Apply / Enroll -

This tab will appear when it is time to re-enroll your child for the following school year. This is also where you would also fill out an application for siblings to attend Watersprings School.

Financial -

This tab allows you to view the current balances of your child’s lunch account, incidental expenses and tuition payment plan. You can also add funds or make a payment by clicking on the Add Funds or Make a Payment button under each corresponding account.

After you click on Add Funds or Make a Payment it will take you to a different screen where you can set up your financial account and pay online by bank account, debit card or credit card. Please note that there is a fee to pay online with a debit or credit card, but there is no fee to link your bank account.
